We are mainly focusing on 3 sections: Package Finishing, Printing & Converting and Machine Vision (MV)
Package Finishing: Since 2010 till now, we have released a full range of products for roll-fed packaging covering rotary foil stamping & die cutting offline, flat bed stamping & die-cutting offline, multi-function finishing line and etc. by max 850mm web width. Especially in the tobacco packaging field, over 95% of the market is covered by us.
Printing & Converting: We have invested heavily in flexo technology since 2014. After 46 months of intensive R&D work, the S7 flexo printing machine was finally presented in 2019 with great success! Today, S7 has been firmly capturing more than 70% of the premium label and flexo packing market in China since its launch. Later on 2023, we launched AC series flexo printing line which is available in max 900mm web widths and covers a substrate range from 12-800 micron. The AC series is available in both roll to roll and roll to package mode with extraordinary design for premium folding carton and flexo packing production, suitable both for big and short run.
S5 series flexo printing machine was published in 2023 as well, offering an affordable solution for mid-end and growing customers with best cost performance.
So far, we are capable of meeting various requirements and building almost any kind of combination on the full range of the market under our superior experience and technology.
Machine Vision (MV): In 2021,we acquired WAZMICRO in Beijing which is a company based on machine vision technology with a professional team with senior experience of over 15 years for tobacco packing field. So far, WAZMICRO has developed a number of online and offline quality inspection products and been widely used in the high-end printing and packaging market.
In 2025, Spande launched the mid-term development strategy, trying to expand production capacity by fivefold in 3 years and open up to serve globally clients. A full new modern factory will be open in 2026 with totally 25,000 sqm. in Minhang development zones which is one of the top industry bases of Shanghai.
2012 Successfully delivered 7 Rotary stamping lines to Goldroc (operating Asia's largest gravure production facility by output), significantly enhancing the production quality and efficiency of the FuRongWang cigarette package
2013-2014 Open house to showcase rotary stamping lines at Goldroc (2013) and Yunnan LuCai & Lingdong Printing (2014). In the following years, large amount of stamping lines were sold to cigarette package manufacturers across China.
2015 With the full implementation of QR code systems on cigarette package, Spande introduced a high-speed gravure inline inkjet system with running speed up to 250 m/min and captured over 95% market share in this segment.
2017 Debuted the S7 series prototype at Labelexpo Asia, showcasing cutting-edge design and concepts.
May 2019 Officially launched the first-generation S7 flexo printing machine in Shanghai after two years of technical refinement.
September 2019 Presented the S7 flexo printing machine at Labelexpo Europe Brussels, receiving exceptional market feedback and establishing strong foundations for global expansion.
December 2019: Demonstrated China's first hybrid digital-flexo press in partnership with Domino at Labelexpo Asia.
June 2021: Launched multiple POD digital printing presses at CHINA PRINT.
September 2021: Convened the first Spande Technology Summit in Shanghai to define and solidify the company's future core product roadmap.
November 2021: Launched the first inline offset QR code inkjet system
September 2023: Spande released its AC series Mid-wide web flexo printing & converting line for the first time at All in Print China.
December 2023: At Labelexpo Asia, the S5 series flexo printing machine was officially launched. At the connected Label Industry China Awards, the S7 series received the Innovation Award of the Year.
September 2024: Entered into a formal strategic cooperation agreement with Siemens.
March 2025: As one of the major representatives, was invited to participate in Siemens' "China Acceleration 2.0" innovation conference and shared the development of industrialization and digitalization with their global leadership
