AC series is designed for diversity production and available in roll to roll and roll to final package. For roll to package production, AC series Integrates full finishing technology which combines embossing, creasing, die cutting, stripping, inspection, sorting, stacking and other possible finishing processes all in line and then final products are completed perfectly in one step.

Allow high speed water base ink printing up to 250m/min by a extended long hot air pass unit. It’s installed on a robust sliding rail on top and can be shared by flexo and rotogravure unit.

The extra drying roll after printing allows better ink levelling for strict quality control. While running water base ink with UV lamp off, the extra drying roll can also help to cool down the material after hot air box and therefore better control on production by sensitive material.
